When I purchased the True Match Lumi Cushion by L’Oreal, I also purchased the L’Oreal Infallible Matte foundation. In this foundation I’m in shade 103/104. This foundation is a very matte foundation. I typically have very oily skin however I always use a moisturizer after I wash my face because it gets dry if I do not. At the moment, I have only had the foundation on for about 20 minutes and around my mouth and nose feels tight and dry. I typically apply a bit of foundation on my eye lids just to make sure the colour of my skin isn’t changed at all, and it feels super tight and itchy. If you have combination skin, this is not the foundation for you at all!
This foundation however does have a really good coverage and match. Once the foundation oxidizes a bit, it does get a slight bit darker. I purchased the shade 104, however 103 would have fit me better, they just simply were out. I used two applications when using this product and there was no need to use any concealer at all. I would rate this foundation a 4/5 just simply based on the foundation itself and application. It is a bit more on the higher end for price range. I don’t know why this is, but when I purchase a foundation from the drug store, I have a hard time buying one over the price of $10. This one was the same price of the true match, 16.95. It is a full ounce so is worth the money for the full ounce.I find it is a lot thicker, which I do prefer however I used a beauty blender to apply it and the foundation really embedded in it.
